The RAC are the worst breakdown/ recovery service I have ever used
The patrol man/ mechanic was rude and abrupt
And a complete liar
The customer service people at the other end of the phone are equally rude
I have got no idea why anyone uses them
I am over 300 miles from home with a dead battery the patrol man told me to go to quick fit
Not sure how I can do that when my car won't start
As soon as I get home I will cancel
Absolutely appalling service
