Our car broke down yesterday 1:40 pm and RAC made us wait on the side of A1M motorway until 8:10 pm. That’s 6 and half hours!
Even though we told RAC multiple times that we are with a baby and a puppy. They literally did not care. After paying RAC for over 15 years, the service we have received so far is absolutely disgraceful, dangerous and disappointing. It’s the second day and we are still stuck and our own way as RAC has failed miserably.
