Purchased a dashcam and booked and paid for a home fitting, took day off work, no one turned up, spoke to two advisors at RAC shop, both promised to investigate and get back to me, this didn’t happen.
To date I haven’t received any explanation or apology, I chose RAC over Halfords even though they were slightly more expensive as I thought RAC were a more professional and established company. In future I will steer well clear of RAC.
