We first contacted The RAC at 18:08 and at 16:05 the following day noone from the RAC or their "trusted partners" had arrived. In the end we were forced to make all the arrangements ourselves! Why have I been paying more than £300 a year for such shoddy service?
I tried to make a complaint via the RAC website to find there is “an error in the system” and to try again later. How convenient!
