Awful experience, call centre staff are rude. They cut me off and they left me on hold for over 40mins twice.
Been a member for close to 20 years and paying over £31 a month and for what?
When trying to close account all they are interested in is offering you a discount to keep the service. From start to finish I feel disgusted.
After back and forwards for 2 hours with them I rang a local recovery who picked me up in 15 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. They are not worth the monthly payments.
