Yesterday (15th April 2024) I spoke with Sally Morgan in Manchester, regarding my breakdown policy cancellation due to Barclays withdrawal from the RAC cover package with them.
Sally was willing to listen to my concern and understood my reason for requesting a cancellation.
She was polite and courteous in her demeanour throughout our conversation and she has cancelled my policy. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of her help.
