Abysmal service, useless automated telephone service - do the RAC employ anyone? exorbitant charges and membership.
Needed them once in 7 years - gave up and called a local garage - quicker, cheaper and personal service.
I will never use the RAC and my advice is avoid them at all costs, save your money and use it for a local garage if the need arises.
