This is the 3rd time I’ve called them. Have to wait up to 5 hours
1st time they the bolts came loose. On my drive shaft didn’t do them up properly. And it came off. Called them again it will be 3 hour on a dangerous road had 2 police cars. Help in the end they had it recovered. And today I would have to wait 4-7 hours. For them. I managed to sort it with a AA guy. I will be canceling rac never again
