I called RAC at 9:00am and was told I was priority because I'm pregnant and someone would be with me shortly. Over three hours later and after many changing times someone still hadn't come and I was told they would be with me in another hour. It could take much longer then that, I have no idea.
As a result I will cancel my subscription with them. I wouldn't recommend using RAC unless it's for a home start and your not waiting around for them.
