My son who is named on my policy had to wait 12 hours for a patrol. When the patrol arrived it was a third party who had to tools obviously with no intention of getting him moving so he good head back to his Navy base, and simply recovered him to a local garage. To add insult to injury he then had to get an uber from the garage the final 3 miles home!!
Shocking service policy cancelled.
