9 hours for a patrol vehicke to attend and 6 follow ups..
Call to RAC at 21.06 and patrol at 6.05 am.The sad part is that patrol front line are great, back office handlers awful.
After 10 years of membership and two call outs, I amnot renewing, given roadside assistance on both calls was not delivered in a realistic timescale.
My advice is don't join, look for alternatives and read the reviews
