My daughter's car broke down this afternoon in Whitby. She has been unable to contact them as their system had failed.
When she finally got through they gave her an estimate arrival between 9 - 12pm. They have just revised the time to 11.40 - 12.40pm.
This is disgraceful service leaving people to wait in their vehicle for hours on end.
