My car broke down at 8:30 in the morning and I keep calling them and they keep saying they are working on it. It’s 17:35 now and they still don’t know when is someone coming. I was used to be with AA for 5 years and never had problems. They always come on time. Just to save some money join RAC and really should not have joined them. Horrible service. Their customer care definitely doesn’t care. Would love to give-5 stars if there was an option.
