Pay nearly £400 a year for family cover, tried using them 4 times and given up on 3 occasions due to taking forever to get anyone out.
Then, late last night hit a deer and car needed recovery they charged me £24 non refundable then £378 to tow me back home. Abdolute joke of a company and will be cancelling my policy.
