Absolutely horrible. Broke down with 2 children 1 of which has a medical condition and a partner who has had surgery. Told RAC this they told us this they will send someone out
We have been here 5 hours now and each time we ring they tell us 45 minutes even though they STILL have us down as PENDING which means they have lied to us all this time. Do not rely on them, a-holes
