6 hours to recover a lorry that was on a dangerous rd is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I have spent the whole of my work day chasing this company who in return have blamed Cordwallis at Heathrow for Their awful service.
Sorry RAC you are the ones who have not done your job properly and both Cordwallis and ourselves had the phone records as proof. its a shame your staff didnt record all of the calls.
