Broke down on hard shoulder, meant to be priority?
Waited from 5 pm to midnight for tow truck,
Then tow truck would only take us 35 miles,then waited another 3 hours for next tow truck arrived home at 5 am.
Absolute disgrace, constant lying about what time they would arrive, never trust rac
