Bought breakdown insurance and had no acknowledgement or confirmation of purchase
Tephoned 3 days later and told purchase was successful
Complained that I'd had no confirmation at time of purchase to be told they'd emailed on day of purchase, a blatant lie! They said as I'd asked for documents by post they confirmed my purchase by post but they already said they'd sent a welcome pack on day of purchase by email which they hadn't
Haven't responded to emails since so will cancel as customer service is none existent and having read the reviews on here I'll be happy to cancel
Incidentally they won't tell me how to cancel!
