They used to be brilliant now they're awful, the mechanics themselves are still brilliant it's the people on the phones that are a nightmare, left me stranded on the side of the road because they told me my vehicle wasn't taxed, when I checked it was 2 days out so I texted immediately a simple oversight, but they still refused to collect me, had to get a private truck to collect me, this is why I'm paying £60 a month to the RAC
