Worst company ever. Been with them for 15 years. Called them out at 17:00, phoned them at 22:00 was told it won’t be until midnight so had to cancel it.
Rebooked it in the morning at 8am tried to call a couple of times for an eta but was told I will be next keep an eye on my phone. They turned up at 17:00. I complained but was just sorry and that’s it. Won’t be renewing my next year
