Waited from 6.00 p.m for tow truck to take me to my Sister's for Xmas,40 minutes away. Tow truck turned up at 9.00 but as he was going off shift could only take me to nearest service station. I declined as I needed to be towed to my destination. I am disabled with several health problems and was in a layby with no food or drink and very cold for hours. Still sat here after 7 hours! My Sister has been ringing RAC every half an hour but been robbed off by rude individuals that can't do their job.
Definitely avoid RAC for your breakdown. Terrible service.
