Had my car get a flat tyre 2 miles from house. Waited 3 hours for them to get an update saying between 11:30 and 12:00 to tow my car home then get told can’t tow the 2 miles but can get you a tyre for 2
£210 pound “budget”. A budget is £71 anywhere else. No towing no tyre having to deal with it myself absolutely pathetic
