Would give minus score if I could. Single elderly woman abandoned for over 6 hours. I was told that I would be recovered at 8.30 pm. Recovery turned up after midnight having been booked by RAC at 9pm!!
They lie. Updated ETAs mean nothing.
Recovery driver said this is typical standard for RAC.
I have complained and been offered an extra 3 months membership as compensation!!
Do not use this company if you want any peace of mind
