I have been with RAC for many years now. It used to be good service but for last two break down the wait is between 4 - 6 hours.
And it seems that they are running a charity service.
The patrol sent me a message to say as your breakdown doesn't seems urgent, I am going to attend more needy breakdown first.
For gods sake increase your patrols.
I am not a free member, I paid what you asked for the service.
Neither recommend and will not use again.
