Unbelievably bad customer service. I cannot enter a new account as site takes me round and round in circles. People on phone say we have to do our enquiries on line but we can’t get our account to recognise us. Now we are trying to cancel the insurance policy (only held for two days) but no response to the phone.
Avoid at all costs.
