Absolutely unbelievable.
I've recently joined after 40 years with the AA.
I had a recurring problem and the AA kept telling me different things all of wich were wrong.
The guy came last night diagnosed the problem exsplaning exactly what it was and actually fixed it.
Gave me good advice .
This guy was 100% top marks to you sir and thankyou
