Why can't we give a 0 or minus number? Car broke down 2 miles from home on an unlit road. 22.5 hrs later recovered by a local firm ( sent by tge RAC and taken to garage where it was discovered that the steering column had been damaged during recovery to the tune of £4500!! RAC denying all responsibility. 6 weeks on still haven't got our car back, having to claim on our insurance. We will be complaining and taking it to the ombudsman if necessary.
Absolutely appalling RAC, you shouldn't be allowed to operate
