1 Star – Absolutely shocking service
I booked a car service with RAC for early morning and even paid extra to ensure the slot. No one turned up, so I called them—only to be told they won’t be coming because their own car broke down. The irony is unreal.
Because of this mess, I decided to cancel my membership, and then they had the audacity to try and charge me a £50 cancellation fee. For their failure!
What an absolute joke of a company. Completely unreliable, and the customer service is just as bad. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
