18 hours waiting for RAC!! Despite numerous phone calls and numerous false promises by RAC, ETA kept changing, after waiting for over 8 hours for a RAC recovery vehicle, eventually at 02h00 in the morning, tired, cold, hungry worrying about sick animals at home who were waiting to be fed, I had to take a taxi home 40 miles away at huge cost, as well as worry that my vehicle had to be left unattended in an unsafe area.
RAC came the following day, 18 hours later. Disgraceful that we pay good money for such a poor service. Stay clear of this provider.
