Absolutely terrible service, unfortunately I'm stuck with them, always at least 4 hours before they will come to you.
After picking my partner up from hospital after major surgery the clutch went on my car, you cannot speak to them so I filled in the box on line explaining that she was in her pyjamas and very ill, there reply was we'll get someone to you in 4 to 5 hours. Switching to a better breakdown company asap
Definitely do nit wate your money on the RAC
