Had a full service booked. Mobile mechanic came out. He broke my dipstick and the end piece has gone into sump. Mechanic told me he can’t repair it and I need to take to a garage and pay for removal of sump, oil drain and refill!!! Mechanics attitude was disgusting, he couldn’t care less. I’m not paying for his mess up. Car is now off road as you can’t drive with something in engine as it causes more and permanent damage. Cost of repair £255 which is more than full service which was £221 on offer!!! Disgusting avoid
