The mechanic came to my home to fix my car, after I explained what had happened, and had managed to get my car safely home, the mechanic who was named shaun dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining what he had done... many thanks to rac, but a massive thank you to shaun awesome customer service 100%... 😀
