Terrible service by RAC. Left waiting seven hours at the road side. Had the contractor not been sent, I was informed I would have been waiting until 6am for someone else. This would have left me stranded through the night and a total of 13 hours waiting for a response.
This is the second time over four years this has happened to me. Will not use RAC again.
Be warned, if you use RAC you maybe stranded at the road side for a very long period of time.
