My policy has increased & been renewed automatically, I am unable to turn the automatic setting off on the app as it has a padlock icon next to it.
Tried to ring them a couple of times, but couldn’t get through as they were extremely busy and automated message said to ring back. Even if you had broken down the message said to fill a form in to get help!!
I sent them a query through and they’ve offered to reduce the premium by £19 per month otherwise I’ll have to pay a £48 cancellation fee to leave.
So much for being a loyal customer!
