This is the third time in three years that the RAC has let me down.
First time I was left on a B road in Wiltshire for 10 hours. Then my wife waited on the side of the A3 for 14 hours. Then a few days ago I gave up waiting after 9 hours on the side of tbe A3 and paid for an independent company to move my car.
The estimated arrival time shown on the RAC app is fiction, and you can see the time steadily increasing each time you refresh the app.
Atrocious service. Will be using Green Flag in future.
