Broke down on A36 at 9pm. Originally told recovery would be within 1.5 hrs ...it's 1.45am and I am still sat in my car. Lone woman on unlit road, with car partly parked on road, all of which RAC are aware of. There is nowhere safe to wait outside car as no pavement & I'm not standing in pitch dark at night. Utterly disgusted.
RAC 0/10. Will go back to Green Flag.
