Burst tyre waited 7 hours for them to get my car to a garage had to get a taxi home with a small child. Really poor service their phone service took 15 mins each time to get through to,one said they could get a tyre out to me then I was told this was not possible and shouldn't have been told this. They advertise universe tyres but can't supply them. Unsatisfactory service
