Awful awful awful!!!
Left my sister for 6 hours as they forgot to put her call through! She had 2 children in the car! In the end had to leave the car and key to be collected, I then picked her up!
They refused to here her complaint! Rude on the phone, charged her £89 for NOT collecting her!
Having to take it further as RAC ‘don’t do compensation’
Disgusting service!!
