Absolutely awful customer service. They took my money for an upgrade and same day call out then said that they cannot address my issue. First person I spoke to hung up on me then the next consistently referred me back to the terms and conditions, whilst I was sitting in a broken down car. Absolutely no consideration for the situation that I was in. My car is currently sitting in the middle of the road.
