Finally get through to customer services, get passed to ‘the correct department’ hold again, now I’m through to customer care. Care cannot cancel policies. I’m told I need to ring back and speak to customer services. Eventually im passed back to services who advise ‘were too busy to answer calls right now (but they’ve answered the phone to tell me this) we’re getting call backs arranged. We will call you back in the next 24 hours’. 24 hours for a callback?!! 12 hours for recovery. Utter madness. Shambles of a company.
