A four and a half hour wait for a flat tyre. Initially told would be up to three hours. Not acceptable at all. No update from the company until I phoned them after three hours to then be told could be another two hours. Shocking customer service.
Have been with the RAC for a number of years and this was my first ever call out. I chose the RAC as believed they were superior to some of the cheaper alternatives. Will not be renewing with them. Will not be recommending them..
