Didn't sign up for auto renewal and I even phoned to say I wasn't wanting it renewed this year and yet the money has came out my account.
Tried phoning endless times and I can never get through because they are always experiencing "exceptionally high calls at the moment". Finally did get through and they said they were the wrong people to deal with it and would get the right people to call me back. Never heard anything back and so did the same again, Still not heard from them and can't get through to them.
Awful service!
