Their car insurance service is poor and would not recommend their accident cover to anyone. The claims correspondence and service does not exist and operators are very arrogant when you speak to them.
After 5 days, we receive a call from their under writers who want all the information as no information was passed to them about the claim....
Very disappointing... but we have learnt to not always go for the cheapest quote "
