Im stuck with burst tyre 10 minutes from Heathrow airport. First they said 2 to 3 hours and 3-4 and now they said 4 to 5 hours and still waiting. I didn't have the patience to wait until they fix it to give the rating. IF THEY CANT EVEN SEND A CAR NEAR HEATHROW IN 5 HOURS THEN GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO GETS EUROPEAN COVER. PREPARE YOHRSELF TO WAIT FOR A WEEK. IM CANCELLING MY COVER ONCE I GET RECOVERY. Dont waste your money
