Took over six hours to get to me in August with hot summer dry weather. Took 40 minutes to get through to them. Claimed they were busy , paid £105 for 1 callout disgusting company have made so many cutbacks but still the premiums go up and up you have no chance in the snow, make sure you break down near a nice warm bandb.
