I was let down by Rac breakdown badly.
Nobody attended to me when I had a breakdown and nobody even phone me from their service to update.
I was waitting all day and phoned Rac 3x times. Every time they said I have to wait 3 hours and they never ever came or even phoned.
Also they completely declined&ignored my request for cancellation and refund of my breakdown cover with them.
As a girl on my own with a car breakdown I felt vulnarable and very disappointed.
