My Wife's car broke down at 6pm last night. Lone female and car in a dangerous position she expected a rapid response.
Many lies from the RAC and frantic telephone calls for updates later and they finally got a recovery truck to her at 11.10pm!
She was only 2 miles from the M25! They could have got a van from Newcastle to her faster!
Disgusting, incompetent morons.
