Finally , it took 4hours and 20 minutes the rac van came, the driver so polite offered me get in the van because it was freezing cold, while he repair my vehicle.
But 4 hours and 20 minutes in london ... that's insane, for breakdown to get rescue.
Rac is RIP off, the man/woman in the suit only wants to make money.
