Called for assistance as a member
Only to be told that my membership is not on the system.
Had to get to a garage so ordered a tow.
While confronted Rac ..they admitted mistake but refused to refund.
Dealing with Melanie Harisson from Rac customer service was painful and tiring upsetting!
Overall-unprofessional dishonest useless.
