On the hard shoulder of M 40 yesterday for 7.5 hours. 2 hours to come and confirm it was a tow job, then the fun really began. First tow truck couldn’t do cos stuck in park. His mate turns up and gets in neutral in a couple of minutes. Lies along the way. Even the Highway Patrol couldn’t shift their sorry backsides.
Used to be good four or five star. Now total rubbish with morons on phone spewing empathetic platitudes.
There I feel better! Avoid.
